Teknik Padu Holdings is a Malaysian Bumiputera group with a diverse portfolio operating across engineering consultancy, construction, property development, strategic ventures and investment activities. The Group began in 1999 as a sole proprietorship providing civil and structural engineering consultancy services under Perunding Teknik Padu. Incorporation followed within the subsequent year, marking the formal establishment of the Group and its first expansion into the construction sector through the formation of Teknik Padu Bina Sdn. Bhd.
Over the years, Teknik Padu Holdings has progressively expanded beyond its original engineering consultancy foundation, developing complementary capabilities across the built environment and related business sectors. The Group operates through its businesses and subsidiaries, including Perunding Teknik Padu Sdn. Bhd., Teknik Padu Bina Sdn. Bhd., Tech Padu Trading, and Koperasi Teknik Padu Berhad. Together, these businesses support the Group's activities in engineering consultancy, construction and development, project delivery, and strategic ventures, enabling Teknik Padu Holdings to participate across multiple sectors and stages of the project lifecycle.
Over more than two decades, the Group has built a diverse portfolio of projects across Malaysia, encompassing infrastructure, water and drainage systems, buildings, roads and highways, public-sector facilities, property developments, and other construction-related works. Its experience includes engagements with government ministries, statutory bodies, state agencies, and private-sector organisations, supported by a team of experienced professionals, engineers, technical specialists, and project management personnel.
Today, Teknik Padu Holdings continues to build on its established foundation in engineering and construction while strengthening its presence in property development, and strategic investment. With a growing network of businesses, technical capabilities, and industry experience, the Group remains focused on strengthening its core businesses, developing strategic partnerships, and pursuing sustainable growth opportunities across Malaysia.

1999
Perunding Teknik Padu was established as a sole proprietorship providing civil and structural engineering consultancy services.
2000
Perunding Teknik Padu Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated as a private limited company, while Teknik Padu Bina Sdn. Bhd. was established to enter the construction industry.

Perunding Teknik Padu Sdn. Bhd. was appointed by MARA as Civil & Structural Consultant for the IKM Gambang Project and entrusted by YIK with school development projects across Kelantan.

Perunding Teknik Padu Sdn. Bhd. completed the 149-unit Desa Barakah IV terrace housing development in Tanah Merah.
2003
Perunding Teknik Padu Sdn. Bhd. completed the Hospital Tanah Merah Ward Project and Gua Musang–Jelawang Road Upgrading Project, while Tech Padu Trading was established.

Perunding Teknik Padu Sdn. Bhd. completed Sekolah Kebangsaan Paka 3 and Sekolah Kebangsaan Rantau Abang projects in Terengganu.
