Ir. Hj. Zuhairi bin Jusoh is the Founder, Chairman and Group Managing Director of Teknik Padu Holdings. He founded the Group with a focus on building a strong foundation in engineering and construction, and has continued to lead its growth and development over the years.

With more than 38 years of experience in civil engineering, construction and project management, Ir. Hj. Zuhairi has been involved in a wide range of projects across Malaysia. His experience includes water supply, flood mitigation, drainage and irrigation, roads and highways, healthcare, education and property development, covering both public and private sector projects.

Before establishing Teknik Padu, he held several engineering and construction positions, including Head of Construction Division at Pasir Puteh Development Corporation Sdn. Bhd. and Project Engineer at Syarikat Bandar Baru UDA Sdn. Bhd. He also served as a Civil Engineer with the Consultancy Unit of the Faculty of Built Environment, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

Ir. Hj. Zuhairi holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, specialising in Civil and Structural Engineering, from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He is a Professional Engineer registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and a Member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM), with additional professional memberships in related engineering and technology fields.

Prof. Emeritus Ir. Dr. Hj. Mohd Warid Bin Hj. Hussin was appointed as a Director of Perunding Teknik Padu Sdn. Bhd. on 28 January 2016. He is involved in the Group’s engineering consultancy and technical activities, bringing extensive expertise in structural engineering, concrete technology, construction materials, research and project management.

He holds a Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Kebangsaan and the University of Strathclyde, Scotland, respectively, as well as a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Strathclyde. He obtained his PhD in Civil Engineering, specialising in Concrete, from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom.

With over five decades of professional and academic experience, Prof. Emeritus Ir. Dr. Hj. Mohd Warid has held various senior positions at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), including Deputy Dean, Head of Department, Director of Construction and Senate Member. His extensive experience encompasses structural engineering, construction materials, concrete technology, durability performance and research.

Throughout his career, he has led and advised numerous national and international research and engineering projects, including water infrastructure, flood management, river basin development, construction materials and concrete technology. His project experience includes major consultancy assignments for government agencies such as the Department of Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran (JPS), Pengurusan Aset Air Berhad (PAAB), the Ministry of Rural Development and the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

In his role as Director, he provides strategic technical leadership and professional expertise to the Group’s engineering consultancy activities, supporting the delivery of technically sound, innovative and quality-driven engineering solutions.

He is a Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and has received numerous academic and professional recognitions, including the Setia Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Terbilang (P.S.K.), Research Excellence Award and Publications Award from UTM.

Ir. Hj. Mohamad Hanapi Bin Mahmud was appointed as a Director of Perunding Teknik Padu Sdn. Bhd. on 29 December 2019. He is involved in the Group’s engineering consultancy and project delivery activities, bringing extensive experience in civil engineering, water infrastructure, building and infrastructure development, project management and public-sector projects.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Glasgow, Scotland. He is a Professional Engineer registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).

With over 35 years of professional experience, Ir. Hj. Mohamad Hanapi has held various senior engineering and management positions across government agencies and the private sector. His career includes extensive service with the Public Works Department (JKR), where he was involved in the design, supervision and management of roads, bridges, buildings and infrastructure projects, as well as serving as District Engineer and senior project management personnel.

Prior to joining Perunding Teknik Padu, he served as General Manager of Air Kelantan Sdn. Bhd., where he was involved in the management and development of water supply infrastructure in Kelantan. His project experience also includes rural water supply programmes, water treatment plants, integrated river basin management, drainage master planning, infrastructure development and major public-sector developments, including projects for JPS, JKR, KKLW, PAAB and ECERDC.

In his role as Director, he provides strategic and technical leadership to the Group’s engineering consultancy activities, drawing on his extensive experience in project management, infrastructure delivery and public-sector development to support the successful delivery of the Group’s projects.

His extensive professional career reflects a strong combination of engineering expertise, project leadership and public-sector experience, particularly in the areas of water infrastructure, civil engineering and multidisciplinary project delivery.

Ir. Ts. Nur Zukrina binti Zuhairi was appointed as Group Executive Director of Teknik Padu Holdings on 19 November 2018. She is involved in the Group’s engineering and professional consultancy activities, with a strong professional background in civil and environmental engineering, water infrastructure, flood mitigation, river basin management and project management.

She holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Her professional experience spans civil and environmental engineering consultancy, water resources management, flood mitigation, river basin development, water supply infrastructure and public-sector development projects.

Throughout her career, Ir. Ts. Nur Zukrina has been involved in a range of major engineering consultancy projects across Malaysia, including the Sungai Melaka Flood Mitigation Plan, Integrated Sungai Jelai River Basin Development, National Non-Revenue Water (NRW) Programme, Sungai Kelantan and Sungai Sedeli Besar Integrated River Basin Management (IRBM) projects, as well as water treatment and sludge management facilities.

Since joining Perunding Teknik Padu Sdn. Bhd. in 2016, she has contributed to the Group’s engineering consultancy capabilities through her involvement in project management, technical design, water resources, environmental engineering and multidisciplinary project delivery.

In her role as Group Executive Director, she supports the continued development of the Group’s engineering and consultancy businesses, with a focus on strengthening technical capabilities, professional services and the delivery of quality engineering solutions.

She is professionally recognised by the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT) and Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM), and is an ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer.

Muhammad Zulfikri bin Zuhairi was appointed as a Director of Construction & Commercial on 2 August 2026. He is involved in the Group's construction and commercial activities, with a professional background in quantity surveying, contract administration and project management.

He holds a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Hons.) and a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). His experience spans consultancy, property development, construction and major infrastructure projects, including the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL), as well as residential, hotel, water infrastructure and public-sector developments.

Before joining Teknik Padu Holdings, Muhammad Zulfikri gained experience with PNB Commercial Sdn. Bhd., China Communications Construction (ECRL) Sdn. Bhd. and JUBM Sdn. Bhd., where he was involved in quantity surveying, cost management, tendering, contract administration and project delivery.

In his role as Director, he supports the continued development of Teknik Padu Bina Sdn. Bhd., with a focus on strengthening its project delivery, commercial management and construction capabilities.

He is a Registered Provisional Quantity Surveyor (PVQS) with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) and a Graduate Technologist (G.Tech.) with the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT).

Nik Shukardy bin Ab Ghani was appointed as a Director of Teknik Padu Bina Sdn. Bhd. on 3 May 2018. He is involved in the Group’s construction and project delivery activities, with extensive experience in project coordination, civil and structural engineering, infrastructure development and construction management.

With over 30 years of professional experience, he has developed extensive expertise in coordinating and managing multidisciplinary projects across the construction, infrastructure, water supply, building and public-sector development sectors.

Since joining Perunding Teknik Padu Sdn. Bhd. in 2003, Nik Shukardy has been involved in numerous major projects for government agencies, statutory bodies and private-sector clients. His project experience includes water treatment plants, rural water supply schemes, river basin management, drainage infrastructure, roads and highways, residential developments, healthcare facilities, educational buildings and other public infrastructure projects.

Among the notable projects he has coordinated are the East Coast Highway Phase 2 (LPT2), various Rural Water Supply (BALB) programmes in Kelantan, Pekan Agropolitan Project (PAP) for ECERDC, infrastructure development at Tok Bali, and a range of building and infrastructure projects for JKR, MARA, KKM, HUSM, TNB and other government and private-sector organisations.

In his role as Director of Teknik Padu Bina Sdn. Bhd., he supports the Group’s construction operations through project coordination, technical oversight and project delivery, contributing to the effective execution of construction and infrastructure projects.

His extensive experience in project coordination and multidisciplinary construction works provides the Group with strong practical expertise in managing complex projects from planning and coordination through to delivery.

Captain Wan Muhammad Asyraf bin Wan Mohd Nasir (Retired) was appointed as the Director of Construction on 2 August 2026. He brings extensive experience in leadership, operations, logistics, project coordination and strategic management, gained through more than 14 years of distinguished service with the Malaysian Armed Forces.

He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science (Computer System Security) with Honours from Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM). His combination of technical education and extensive operational experience has equipped him with strong capabilities in strategic planning, risk management, resource coordination, stakeholder engagement and organisational leadership.

During his military career, he was involved in various operational assignments along Malaysia’s national borders, particularly in Sarawak. He was also involved in Exercise Tiger Gold 2018 in Sri Aman, a bilateral exercise between the Malaysian Army and the Royal Gurkha Rifles from Seria Camp, Brunei.

In 2023, he contributed to the coordination of the Facilities Upgrading Project for Exercise Keris Strike at Kem Desa Pahlawan, Kelantan, supporting bilateral training between the Malaysian Army and the United States Army Pacific (USARPAC). His responsibilities across these assignments involved operational coordination, logistics, facilities management, project execution and engagement with multiple stakeholders.

He has also been involved in coordinating logistics for the selection and recruitment of young recruits for the Malaysian Army and Royal Malaysian Navy, as well as the coordination of maintenance activities and facilities at Kem Desa Pahlawan, Kelantan.

In recognition of his outstanding service and contribution, he received the Excellent Service Award in 2022.

As Director of Construction, Captain Wan Muhammad Asyraf applies his military leadership and operational experience to support the Company’s strategic direction, construction activities, operational effectiveness and sustainable growth. He brings a disciplined, structured and results-oriented approach to management, with a strong emphasis on integrity, accountability, project execution and quality delivery.
